Once defined, our software will manage your maintenance programme and will automatically schedule the next planned visit date based on the agreed frequency, and date of last visit. We can offer you a bespoke portal where you can access all your documentation, visits etc.

Asset Management

Asset tagging and the on-going management of the asset register is an element of our facilities management experience, providing this as a standalone module or as part of a full facilities management service. Whatever your scope, we will provide full lifecycle reporting, giving you knowledge of what equipment has recurrent failures, what is near end of life and what make/model of equipment works best and produces least failures helping you to steer capital purchases and better manage your FM budget.
